The original copy brief talked in terms of keeping it real and appealing to everyday Kiwis without resorting to marketing speak. So that’s exactly what we did after painstakingly wading through more than 300 independent product tests. Much of the copy has changed since this section of Telecom’s site was revamped but the client is happy. Quote, unquote: “The new mobile section, its applications and tools have been universally praised by Telecom’s Senior Management. Visitors will find it far easier to complete the task they have set out to achieve and the customer experience (can’t be compared) to the mobile section that is being replaced.
